No prior experience is necessary. This workshop is designed for anyone looking to improve their overall wellbeing and lead a healthier, happier life.

A pen and notebook to jot down your thoughts.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in – as some gentle movement activities happen throughout the day.

We love sharing wellbeing strategies, so are very happy to work with any group. There are some minimum participant numbers and other requirements - please contact us (no obligation) to share your needs.

Life happens and the need to change dates can happen. Changes can be made up to 7 days before your booked workshop. Unfortunately, changes made less than 7 days before the booked session, will result in the full course fee being forfeited. You do have the option of transferring your space to another person.
