What we think, we become

Our thoughts are powerful and impact what we can achieve.   If you do not believe that you can do something, your probability of achieving it is much lower.

With so much happening around us, it is easy to rent head space to things that do not serve us.       We can often be unaware of our thought patterns and how they may be influencing us.    Common examples of how our thinking can limit us:

  • Telling yourself that you are not good enough

  • Obsessing over something minor - distracting yourself from being present

  • Thinking that you do not really deserve something

  • Believing that you do not have time to achieve your goal(s)

  • Worrying what others think

  • Harshly judging yourself and/or others

Experiment to better understand your thoughts and how they may be limiting your success:

  • Take the time to consciously notice your thoughts over a week.

  • What are focusing on and telling yourself? How does it align with who you want to be and your priorities?

  • Consider how your thoughts may be influencing how you show up day-to-day?

  • What is influencing any changes (positive or negative) in your thoughts?
