Walking Benefits

Walking is a great tool to improve your wellbeing and performance.
You can do it anywhere & it costs nothing.    It can also be a great way to socially connect with others.

There is substantial scientific research showing that walking delivers a wide variety of benefits.  Walking in nature is even better.

Experiment – add some extra walks into your schedule for a week and see how you benefit. They do not need to be long walks - try adding a few 5-10 minute walks during your work day. This can also help break up periods of sitting, bringing other health benefits.
